IS SHIPPING FREE?
At the moment we offer delivery for Easter Suburbs in Sydney NSW at $5 for orders over $40 and shipping is free when your order is over $150 Australia-wide. For orders below $150, the shipping rates are calculated at the checkout. (5~20)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. As soon as your package is ready to ship, you’ll get a shipment notification email. Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from when we ship your order.
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN YOU CHANGE OR CANCEL IT?
We cannot make changes or cancel orders placed on our system. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. CocoLaju does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
